80HE Keys getting stuck

I received my wooting 80 yesterday, and it’s already having issues. I’ll have keys simply get stuck as if they’re being held, so far been the space bar, W, and A. Twice happened on the DEFAULT typing profile, once on W key with .1 actuation, .15rt, continuous rt.

Unsure if it’s an 8k polling thing, but this never happened in my ~2 years with 60he, not once. I love the build quality of the zinc 80he, but the software has gone down 3 notches easily - super confusing and now buggy. Any similar issues or fixes would help. Game occurred in was warframe.

I have not, but am trying to replicate the issue.

does the issue fix itself when you press the "stuck" key?

or keyboard is unresponsive and you need to replug?

i had the unresponsive issue with keys (mostly movement keys) stuck, on both 1k and 8k

using the original cable and plugging straight into motherboard fixed it for me

No pressing it doesn’t. I wish I could send a video of it. I had to unplug and replug. It was in 8000hz USB 3.2. Haven’t played other games, but quite unfortunate considering my 60he was perfect for 2+ years
