You need a PC.

Consoles don't allow USB devices to connect to the browser.

You'll also need to disable nKRO to get the keyboard to function on most consoles (in games that support keyboards only of course)

It WOULD be cool if you could, but I doubt Microsoft or Sony will allow this due to potential for hacking.
