Wooting 60he Module not working

I recently got a wooting module and built it with wooting parts but when I plug it in to my pc it doesnt work and when i try initializing it with wootility, it doesnt show up. Ive tried it on my laptop and it doesnt work, and Ive tried the same cable with a different keyboard and thay works fine. So the issue has to be somewhere in the keyboard, but im not sure what it is. No rgb, nothing, its unresponsive. Ive tried everything to fix it, Is it possible i got a defective unit?

plz check the device list if there is a " wooting restore" try do a troubleshoot in wootility
