Try to not use a credit card? Or make sure your credit card info matches your shipping info (same address/name etc.)

It happened again. High risk of being fraudulent: WHY?
Every info is correct, didn't use any vpn or wtv, all normal. But still gets flagged. And again I need to wait to get my money back... I really wanted to buy the 60he but it's getting complicated... Any help is welcome, thank you.
