to me it looks like you need to zoom out your Wootility (CTRL + DASH or CTRL + SCROLL WHEEL DOWN)

if that doesnt work please tell me on which browser you're using Wootility on or if its the desktop app

do you know why rapid trigger is greyed out? when i click select all keys it pops up to what my settings are, but it's like this otherwise. worried it might not work in game?

yes, you need to select keys before you can change the Actuation Point and Rapid Trigger

ah okay thanks, the last issue i have is when saving to keyboard i get an infinte loop😭
