Additional Charges?

Hi, its my first time ordering from Wooting and i just recievew following message, does this mean that ill be charged extra or what does this mean idk please somebody tell:

We want to notify you that we had deducted our country's VAT (21%) on your order #…… and did not collect the import duties and taxes from your country of destination.
You are exempt from our country's local VAT (21%) but your order may be subject to additional taxes, duties and/or custom fees charged by the country of destination.
If you are not familiar with your local customs regulations, then we advise you to look it up or read our help documentation for some guidance.
After your order shipped, please keep an eye out for any communication from the carrier (Deutsche Post - Economy Postal) in regards to VAT/GST and import duties.

when you order anything from outside the EU to Germany you will have to pay 19% VAT on your order and possibly customs fees. According to the mail Wooting have reduced the price by 21% because you don't have to pay the origin country's VAT. In general the delivery process can work in one of two ways, either the carrier does the customs handling for you and will collect that money (+ handling fees) when they deliver the package (note: they will need the exact amount of money when they hand you the package - in cash, because Germany) or they won't hand you the package and you'll have to pick it up at the shop. The other way is, it gets sacked by the customs office and you'll have to go and get it from there, also paying all the VAT and customs fees, but no additional handling fees.
