my keyboard isnt working

so i had my wooting 60 he for a couple of months now and till yesterday i had no problems. i usually dont visit wootiliti. yesterday i opened it and i saw that there was update available. i clicked on t and then sudenly the rgb turned off and the keys stoped responding. i repugged it but nothing changed. when i tried to conect to wotility it didnt detect my keyboard. and when i plugg it in the windows sound is sounding. please if someone has idea how to fix it dm me!!

tired but wootiliy doesnt even recognise/detect my keyboard

cant even light up or be detected by my pc. Ive also tried on 3 different systems so something is definitely wrong
