Wooting 80HE broken LED on my F10

I just received my wooting 80he, when I try to customize my RGB my F10 only stays on blue. I restored my keyboard to see if that would fix the problem but sadly it stayed the same. I would like for my RGB to work with all my keys since I paid a lot of money for this keyboard. Is there anyway to fix this issue?
