#My Keyboard wooting 80HE Is not working at alll

My wooting is not working i tried using every cable i have its not even typing anything and no led lights nothing even my pc is not seeing that there is a device connected to it i tried using the wooting cable to check if maybe the new cable has an issue but when connecting it to my old keyboard the lights turn on and it types! But the wooting keyboard is not responding at all i waited for this keyboard 3 months !! I preordered it and got excited and all i get now is a defect !!

I even changed the place of the usb i also did connect it to directly the motherboard still nothing is happening please help i just got it today!

I'll include some additional points just in case:

  1. Check if you can place the keyboard into "Wooting Restore" mode by following these steps:
    • Unplug the keyboard.
    • Hold down the top-right and bottom-right keys [Right Arrow] + [Pause].
    • Plug the keyboard back in.
    • Release the keys after 3 seconds.

Check if the [Pause] [Right Arrow] keys are blue; this will indicate the keyboard is in Wooting Restore mode.

If there is no change, proceed to step 2.

  1. The internal cable might have come loose, preventing the keyboard from receiving power. You can check if it is securely connected by following this guide to disassemble the keyboard and reconnect the cable if necessary.
