I ordered the Wooting 80HE along with the wrist rest, but now I’d like to remove the wrist rest from my order. I contacted Wooting support by email on October 10, but I haven’t received a response yet. I was told it would take 1 to 2 weeks to hear back, but it’s been close to weeks now. Could someone help?

I requested support on September 26th got my replacement today November 5th. I'd say within that time frame I was waiting along with around 10 days of back and forth with Customer support. So expect for it to take sometime.

Editing items on pre-orders is generally considered lower priority might take a bit longer for it to be looked at

the waiting is the hard part but the customer service return time was fine it was expected. Waiting is difficult because you're essentially given 0 updates and radio silence until they get to your ticket.
