Hi everyone, went out to do some groceries and had shutdown the PC prior.

When I came back my 60he+ just randomly won’t work and no LEDs are emitting.

I tested with another board with the same cable and it works.

Says not connected in wootility either.

To start, it's best to determine and check the state of the keyboard, as it may be in Restore mode or driver related.

To find out in Windows you can check Device manager.

How to open Device Manager

  1. Right click on the Start button in the taskbar
  2. Select "Device Manager"
  3. Select "View"
  4. Select "View by container"
  5. Look for the device

Can you check how your device is listed? It may have one of the following names:

  • Wooting (Two He / 60HE / UwU)
  • Wooting Restore
  • Not listed

Also, just to check, is your keyboard stock or has it been modified in any way (case swap, tape mod, etc)?

The Front end of wootility dosn't detect the keyboard while in "wooting Restore" so the keyboard might be in this state the test above is to check

If it is detected as wooting restore you can go to

wootility > Settings > Troubleshoot > select keyboard/layout > Reset device
V5 wootility > Help > troubleshoot > Device/Layout > reset device

I removed all wooting-related entries in the device manager via the article about deleting any old registry entries

the 60he+ does not show under device or other devices and I do not see a "wooting restore" after plugging it back in

#

only mod I have done is swap the switches a couple weeks ago to geon raw he

If you unplug the keyboard and follow the steps below

  • Hold Down the Top Right and bottom right keys [backspace] + [FN}
  • plug the keyboard back in
  • let go of the keys after 3 secs

Check device mananger for "Wooting Restore"

and also plugged it into a laptop to see if it was OS version related somehow but nothing changed

Can you send a ticket and include the Discord link below along with the following information:

  • Keyboard serial number
  • Delivery information
    • Name F/L:
    • Mobile number:
    • Current address

I would also take a 2-3 more pictures of the USB-C area as the ones taken seem a bit blury or post proccsesd
