My Wooting has not been delivered yet. Can I change my case from a PCR case to a Zinc Alloy case? Also, I canceled my Wooting order, but I want to cancel it. Is this possible through a "commonly repuested" email?

it will likely take some time as order edits are not urgent cs matters

if you are in batch 2 (bridge and similar) it will be likely moved to batch 3 which delivers on dec/jan
