I messed up when originally ordering the 80HE and messaged support to add 2 more items to my order to save on shipping. When Wooting support finally replied, they gave me an invoice to pay the items with 10% tax (standard for my country). However, the tax calculation was wrong and it was instead 100%. I messaged Wooting but with no replies, I just paid the invoice, not wanting to delay the order. The problem now is that both orders are on hold and Wooting still have not replied to any of my support messages - it's been 13 days so I'm a bit anxious. Any idea what should I do other than wait for their reply?
#Wooting mistakenly taxed me 100% instead of 10%
