Check if the jst cable is plugged in properly and if there are any bent pins

Just interesting, what tape mod are you using?
the normal one 3 tapes and thats it

i checked this one out but the problem is like i said the keyboard wont turn on at all, for example it doesnt show in the app, i think its just a defect keyboard.
did you try using other usb ports and pc's/laptops
i did, even changed the cable and tried on my working laptop to see, if it was my PC's fault, sadly still no succes in powering it up.
thanks for the suggestion tho, im gonna open up a ticket maybe they can help with the problem or i just send it back.
yeah it just helps to troubleshoot something here alreadybefore taking it to email

Could you attempt to palce the keybaord into "Wooting Restore" and see if any of the RGB is on (if so please tell witch ones)
To place the keyboard into wooting restore you can follow the steps below
- Unplug the keyboard
- Hold down the [Pause] & [Right-Arrow] Keys
- plug the keyboard back in
- After 3 seconds let go of the keys
- Do you see any RGB on?
tried it out just now, no sign of life sadly
