If the pre-built keebs get a dust cover, why don't the modules and zinc get any? It should be included with every case or at least have a free option to add one. Anyone who wants a frost case already has to pay more to build the same keyboard in a different color.
Now I either have to wait for the ali vendor to make the custom dust cover or buy one that doesn't fit.

Let me rephrase: yes, I'm aware of all the topics surrounding this issue, but I'm not asking why we don't get the cheap flimsy one, I'm asking why we don't get a dedicated dust cover. NOT the 'protection during shipping that doubles as a dust cover' necessarily

They absolutely could tho. It's the exact same size for all 80he keyboards. You're acting like an anti static bag somehow measures up to a dust cover? The dust cover would fit perfectly in the packaging, not sure what costs you're talking about. It's a plastic cover that they already include for free in the pre-built.

and no it would not fit, you would need to make a new case to make sure both doesnt rattle around
