A lot of people in US got their 80he in polybags.
Such a joke tbh. I paid for the box and waited 6 months. Somehow it’s in a bag? Massive disappointment.
Same...I waited for 6 months, and finally it may be a broken keyboard. I really can't accept this result.
Im in the same boat saying Wooting is supposedly helpful this is BS I’m so pissed off right now waiting for 6 months for this still haven’t even received anything from Wooting company repose or any information on my order Wooting y’all suck straight up y’all need to better communicating and better customer service
Customers like our self making this company successful and y’all can’t even reply back or figure out the problem all u guys are doing sending bot emails we need real live people response and helping us we spent more then 200+ dollars on this I’m very upset with Wooting
pretty sure it was the warehouses putting them in bags despite wooting saying to put them in boxes, but I'm unsure. Mine is in a bag too hoping everything is okay

ya wooting's cs was not built for this explosion of popularity
just a while back they had like 15 people on cs
and like 60000 preorders for just the 80he
Yeah, it’s just pretty upsetting waiting so long and I was one of the founders to pre-order. It just felt like they needed to be more on top of it. I understand it’s popularity and everything but sucks when I’ve waited this long and get these results back hopefully everything’s OK
Also, wooting had a couple months to figure out and know how much people ordered the 80 HE keyboard. They should’ve been more prepared if they knew how many people ordered keyboards.
