unreal siren
Just got this thing today and doesn't even work. When I press "Space Bar" no response, no key registered. When I press "V", it acts as both "V" and "Space Bar" at the same time. RGB works though. I tried literally everything from my end: changed cable, different devices, flashed/updated it, restored it via wooting website, different switches/without keycaps, took apart the module and put it back together, tried binding other key binds, turning RGB off but it just isn't working.
Went to wooting support to send ticket but that doesn't work either. I press "submit" and the button flashes but doesn't submit it. Tried different browers even sending from iPad, still won't submit. Sent them an email, they sent an automated response to use their website for support but it doesn't work so I'm lost. How can they just ship this out without even checking to see if it works.. If anyone can provide any assistance.
