Me and my friend mailed the support for cancellation of 60HE+. His mail got responded and his money got refunded today but only bot has responded to my mail. Is there a chance that my mail went unseen or I just have to wait?

You should just wait. I doubt emails to customer support can go unseen, they are just very busy.

Especially at the moment with all the 80HE orders, cancellations, many other refunds, etc..

Should I mail again incase it went unseen?

How long have you not gotten a response for?

#

Personally I'd say no as that just creates more spam for the customer support team and could potentially delay your request even more.

#

You can put your order on hold (in case you didn't do that yet) and just wait for the customer support team to respond.
