from what has been described, it appears that a firmware update was taking place and it could not complete the process, leaving the keyboard in "Wooting Restore." While the keyboard is in this state, it will become unresponsive and the RGB will be off until new firmware can be uploaded.
To Fix this you can perform the steps below to upload new firmware to the keyboard,
To start, you will need to launch "Wootility" You can use either the Web or the Application version once open follow the steps below:
- Select “Try Out Wootility”
- On The Bottom left select “Settings”
- Once open, select “Troubleshoot”
- Select your “Device”
- Select your “layout”
- Hit “Reset Device”
This will Upload new firmware to the keyboard
