Impossible to pay for keyboard on the website.

Hello, I've been trying to order new 80HE for the past 2 days and I keep getting error "card declined". I've tried 3 cards, 1 Apple Pay and 1 Gpay. Nothing works. I dont have issues buying anywhere else online but on wooting.

I had the same problem, i contacted my bank and they told me that they was thinking that it was a fraudolent payment and they blocked my card.

How did you resolve it? I mean even apple pay is denied (usually apple pay works EVERYTIME). Dont know which provider wooting uses but this is a shame. Dont know how to order it, cant use anything provided. Neither gpay nor shop pay work.

They use shopify if i m not wrong for accepting payments. I resolved contacting my bank and asking why my payment can't go through and then they called me via phone asking if It was me trying to buy something and then they unblocked my card.

But shopify uses Stripe, with stripe I never had any issues and I'm buying online literally everyday... I'll try that but seems too much work to order a keyboard lol. Really weird. Thanks for your suggestion though, appreciate it.

its not just the payment processor banks use to determine if something may or may not be fraud. its payment amount, country of destination, currency and what not
