Hello! I would like to purchase a keyboard but I'm not sure how the FedEx delivery works.

I will be purchasing it and shipping to me in Kazahstan, I need to understand if this is something that will be just dropped off at my door in my apartment regardless if I'm ready to pick it up, or will I get notified throughout the day so I will be able to pick it up?

I'm asking this because If I dont get a chance to be ready or better yet decide on my own when the courier brings the package to me then the package will be stolen.
