it's been the weekend, wooting doesn't operate during the weekend also keep in mind that they are experiencing high volume of tickets right now so getting an answer might take a little longer, i ask you to please stay patient :) if you feel like your email has been lost in the cracks, don't be shy and send us a follow up email :)
Whenever I ask for a specific situation, it makes me frustrated to just wait, without an answer
also i forgot to mention, make sure you put the order on hold inside the wooting hub, so it doesn't ship to you :)
Thank you for your kind reply, but I think the customer service processing speed is too slow.
there is nothing i can do about this, the 80he is on the horizon so there are a TON of tickets ;)
