Hi!

I ordered a 60HE+ and a PC plate, but I forgot to add the Lekker60 v2 switches. I also want to change to the fast shipping option. Could I contact support to place an off-cycle order to add the Lekker60 v2 (x70 for $20, 50% off because 60HE+) and upgrade to fast shipping?

I contacted support last week, but I'm asking here to see if anyone has done this before.

Its the module so not switches. I wouldn't able to place it on hold, so yes, praying here and waiting for response

@narrow drum sorry for the tag but I think you could help me. Can I place a new order with only the Lekker L60 v2 but with that discount (the 50% off from the 60HE+ purchase) applied? Because I forgot absolutely to add those switches :/

Not sure if you can do this after the fact

You can place the order on hold via the Hub and request this by email. Otherwise if not possible you can cancel the order and replace it with the correct items.

what is your order number

  • keep in mind i don't handle order edits so the most i can do is place it on hold till staff can review the order and we currently have a high volume of emails to go through currently so this may take awhile

The order has been sent to the fulfillment center to be processed but is currently on hold for an address check (not a valid address).

I'll need to ask a colleague about the next step.

  • Place new order with the switches
  • We cancel US131601A
  • We sent the (already on center Module + Plate) + (Switches)

Keep in mind I haven't interacted with the US fulfillment Center much (I mostly handle technical tickets), so I have asked in the backend regarding the next action on this ticket.

As the order has been sent to the fulfillment center to be processed, I'm not sure we can:

  • Edit the order via the fulfillment center, so we may need to default to canceling this order.
  • Or we can cancel ShipHero and resend it after editing, so it's best to wait for a response.

Currently, your order is on hold by the fulfillment center. i have left a note if we can cancel the order at this stage, but since many staff members are either asleep or flying back from a Wooting event, this may take a bit of time for a response.

Oh okay, I think the best option here is to know if the fullfillment center can add the Lekker L60 v2. Because from today, the 60HE+ module is on pre-order

Okay yes, It's a shame, since it would have an estimated delivery of October 13, but it's my fault because I forgot to add the switches :(. There is no way to avoid that pre-order delay using my already purchased module, right?

If the delivery fails and gets sent back, make sure to email us to inform us and provide the correct address.

Also, you might be able to contact the courier when you have the tracking number, but I am unsure if this is possible.

Yes I will contact the courier and do everything possible, the Address 2 is correct but they ever check first the name for the user id
