To start, it's best to determine and check the state of the keyboard, as it may be in Restore mode or driver related.

To find out in Windows you can check Device manager.

How to open Device Manager

  1. Right click on the Start button in the taskbar
  2. Select "Device Manager"
  3. Select "View"
  4. Select "View by container"
  5. Look for the device

Can you check how your device is listed and expand the device tree and take a screenshot of what is visable

hmm looks to be normal

how is the keyboard?

  • RGB - On/off
  • can you comminate with the keyboard via "Wootility" Yes/No
  • If you enable "RT-Display" do you notice the keys reacting to being pressed

To Enable the RGB effect “RT-Display” you can use one of the Two Methods
Method one:
importing the already created "(Test Profile) RT-Display" profile into wootility

  1. Copy the Code: d1c508f2450941b50a9c33b0468d5a20b5bc
  2. Click the "Import Profile" Button which can be found on the left side of wootility
  3. Select the newly imported Profile

Method Two:
To manually create or enable the effect, you can do the following:

  1. Select the "Color" Tab
  2. Under Effect layers, add or change the current effect to RT-Display
  3. For better visibility set Base Brightness to 0%

If you press caps lock dose the RGB change colour indicating that the computer detect the key presses and turns on "capslock"

When i press caps lock the key doesnt turn white and it should.

#

Which means it doesnt detect the caps lock.

Yeah. It is driver related somehow I guess.
Some months ago the keyboard would stop working rarely but all I had to do in those situations was to unplug and replug.

Good luck solving this.
