U should have got this email after u purchased
Then I recommend u to send an email at social@wooting.io with your full name, address and phone number

If you have other email addresses, it's possible you ordered the keyboard under a different one. It's best to check if you received any emails there. You can also transfer the order if needed by following this guide: Transferring Ownership of an Order.

Otherwise, I assume the email was entered incorrectly, which may have caused the order to not be linked to your account.
In that case, please reply to the previously sent email with the following information used in your order to help find it and confirm ownership:
- Name:
- Delivery address:
- Last 4 digits of credit card:
Also side note pretty much at the end of the work week so may not recive a respones for a bit
