#Shipping stuck as "Label Created"

I'm in Canada and I ordered a 60HE+ with a wrist rest.

It's been 4 and a half days since I got the "Your order has shipped" notice alongside a tracking number, and yet even now the UPS tracking hasn't moved to the in transit status.

As a result, I don't have an estimated delivery date, and the one that Wooting provides on the order page says August 26th (today).

Anyone else have experience with this? Thanks!

@slim kayak @harsh belfry it's possible the carrier hasn't scanned your package yet, wait 7 to 14 days to be sure they didn't just miss the first scan and definitely don't have it in their system, then contact our support via email at social@wooting.io

Yea considering we're both in the same exact situation I don't think either of our packages have been lost or anything

UPS is unreliable when it comes to their tracking updates. Usually they miss the first scan or wait till the package reaches the sorting centre in your country before it updates

As a note for Wooting (if anyone from their team sees this): the "Possible Problems During Shipping (with Solutions)" link in the automated Wooting Bot response seems to be a broken link (at least for me)

Yea that's not ideal. Hopefully they ramp up their customer service a bit more. Maybe they've had a higher influx of customers recently?

same issue here, label created, on wooting it says the item left their warehouse and is "shipped" nothing has been received at UPS I emailed and did the no first scan for the reply to their support no responses yet

i ordered mine on the 22nd and it still says label created

Keep in mind these are notes and may not be accurate, but from my understanding, normally the process goes as shown in the image.

So, it could be that the parcel is sitting at the courier sorting center, and due to a high volume of orders, they could be late to unload and scan in the trailer, causing this delay, especially if multiple people are affected and the labels created between people are a few days apart.

Just got an email from UPS saying it cleared customs. And in that email it says the estimated delivery date is 2 days ago 💀

It does not, as of that email there was still no estimated delivery date on the actual tracking, but now the estimated delivery date is Friday 🙌

I'm assuming it clearing customs was expected/queued up for several days ago so when it finally happened after being delayed it sent the email with the original date it had expected before the delays. I just found it funny that I got an estimated delivery date that's in the past from a new email lol

In some cases, the courier sorting center can be overloaded with parcels. This can sometimes happen due to local events like "Black Friday ,Christmas,Wooting sales,etc.

UPS pulled the ol "delivery attempted" despite me being here all day, no knock, no call, and no delivery notice left

and whaddya know, it's a long weekend, so the next attempt will be tuesday evening

they really saw the initial delay and thought "this'll be hilarious"
