Okay, I ordered a Wooting on the 6th of this month, and now it's the 20th. Initially, the website said that the delivery would take about until the 19th or yesterday at the latest. I didn’t mind waiting for it to arrive by the 19th exactly, but what really bothers me is that Wooting hasn’t even shipped it yet. The only information I have is that someone who ordered after me on the 9th of this month has already received theirs, but I haven’t even received an email stating that mine is on its way. At this point, I don’t know how to feel. I really like the originality of Wooting and don’t even care about the new Razer Huntsman V3 or anything like that, but now I’m thinking that I should just request a refund and buy a Razer instead. Another option is to buy a Wooting from a local retailer instead of ordering directly from the website. I think I should have done that from the beginning. I’ve sent emails to support multiple times, and it takes 3-5 days to get a reply. I’ve received 4 emails in total, with 2 being tickets from the website. But even though they said to reply if the email didn’t help, they haven’t responded when I did.
So I want to ask:
-- Does it take a long time to process a refund?
-- Why is there such an unreasonable delay in starting the shipment of my order?
I’m really upset about what’s happening.
