To start, it's best to determine and check the state of the keyboard, as it may be in Restore mode or driver related.
To find out in Windows you can check Device manager.
How to open Device Manager
- Right click on the Start button in the taskbar
- Select "Device Manager"
- Select "View"
- Select "View by container"
- Look for the device
Can you check how your device is listed? It may have one of the following names:
- Wooting (Two He / 60HE / UwU)
- Wooting Restore
- Not listed
Also, just to check, is your keyboard stock or has it been modified in any way (case swap, tape mod, etc)?

Btw I opened it for a clean up but was month ago
If you haven't already, I recommend trying another USB-C cable and another port (further away from the current location).
If you have another computer, that would be the most ideal — this is to check if this is a physical issue with the cable or an issue with the port to help narrow it down.
I tried with another cable (new cable received 2 days ago with my mouse so couldn't be damaged already)
And the wooting cable is still working I can use my mouse with it but not keyboard tho :(
I would still recommend trying another port just in case Windows disabled the port for that device.
Also, to check on the earlier comment about opening up the keyboard, was this for modding or performing a case swap, even if it was temporary?
Just for cleaning purpose the kb was dirty af
Didn't used water just a brush and a mini vacum
So normally in these situations, when the keyboard is not detected by the system and when it narrows down to the keyboard, it tends to be one of the following:
-
Broken/damaged USB-C port, which might be visibly tilted or have broken internals. Sometimes it moves easily if slight pressure is applied.
-
Broken component on the PCB, most of the time FB1 or ferrite bead. When a non-compatible case is used, it can be checked if a visible crack is present on the component.
In this case, I assume the issue is with the port, as you mentioned that moving the keyboard caused it. So, possibly a badly soldered USB-C port, and moving the cable around near the point may establish a connection.
In this case, it's best to contact Wooting and send an email with the link to this Discord conversation to help speed up the process.
Ok thx
