#Question about changes concerning an order

Hello,
I recently purchased the 60HE+ module with keycaps, case, switches and lub. I placed my order on hold cause I want to change the keycaps from pink to white and the switches from 60Lekker to 45Lekker. I know that the support usually takes 3 business days exluding over the holidays (it's writed in their mail).
And because it's holidays, I would like to know if I'll get an answer soon or no.
