Do you have any software that could be trying to connect to the keyboard at the same time as Wootility? This has been known to cause the Device "Connection Failed" & "Device Disconnected" Error to appear

The most common is software that controls RGB/LEDs. Below, I'll provide a list of the most common ones:

  • Artemis RGB
  • Asus Armoury Crate
  • L-Connect3
  • Open RGB
  • Project Aurora
  • Razer software
  • Signal RGB
  • Wallpaper Engine (1 Report)

If any of these or other similar software are running, please disable the software temporarily and relaunch Wootility to see if that resolves the problem.

Once you have applied the settings in Wootility, you can close down Wootility and relaunch the software again.

As for the keyboard not working until you restart the computer, that definitely sounds like some software is causing the problem I would recommend to check the point above first to see if it is related

I do have L-Connect3 as my RGB software app for my Lian-Li Unifan, do I need to uninstall L-Connect3 software?

#

I will try to disable L-Connect3 software and try again when I'm off from work today. Thanks for the information. Would that be possible to keep the thread open just in case I need additional support?

Do you think Corsair iCue5 would affect this as well?

#

Nevermind, uninstall L-Connect3 worked, no disconnected this time. Thank a lot guys

#

Last question: Do you think re-install L-Connect3 would cause the issue again?

I assume so but you can just disable the software or end the task when you wish to make changes to the keyboard as for it not working on replug that I am not sure

Hello team, I have a question: I just found out an issue where Logitech superlight mouse won't work (though it detected in G hub, just can't use the mouse) if both keyboard and mouse are connecting. I have to unplug wooting keyboard, force shutdown, then turn on computer again to get the mouse to work. Finally re-plug wooting keyboard. Any ideas?
