I have an huntsman v3 pro, would wooting be better?

I know this will be biased ofc since I am asking here, but it's just I am not sure

I really like a numpad, and I will probably wait for the 80HE (since I assume it'll just be an better version of their older models) so I am not sure how to solve the "no numpad" issue.

So that is a big up the huntsman got on wooting, for me personally. I know wooting have a full sized model but it feels kinda weird buying such an old keyboard when a new one is coming out soon

I had both, i returned the huntsman 3 days ago and ordered the wooting 60he+, it came today. Honestly the wooting feels so much better, the keycaps are clearly better quality so are the switches. SOCD in my opion is pretty much exactly the same as snaptap but Wooting do have more customization options for it. Overall the wooting simply feels more responsive, quicker and much higher in terms of build quality.

This isnt to say you should instantly go out and buy one if you have a perfectly working huntsman v3 pro but its definitely worth considering

it's still in its return window so I could easily do it

I am just scared of buying the full sized one and feeling like I "bought an old one"

so then I'd rather wait for the 80he, but that one is ages away..

depends on what you actually want the keyboard for, if its just snap tap stick with razer until the 80he comes out, if quality of switches and build quality is more important, id get a wooting.

I don't play overwatch or cs2, so I feel snap tap isn't 100% needed

I like the rapid trigger concept

if the razer is in its return window and you can refund it fully, i dont see the harm in getting the wooting instead tbh, the older one is still better build quality wise and arguably performance wise.
