60HE not detected

Trying to do this https://help.wooting.io/article/173-how-to-flush-all-dead-registry-entries but cant seem to get past Step 5 which is the Registry editor. Can't find the mentioned registry so have to restart the steps again but there's nothing to uninstall now other than Wooting restore in the device manager when i start the reset process.

Send help. Attached the Device manager screenshot and Wootility troubleshoot error screenshot. Cable seems to be working fine since i it always detects Wooting Restore when I perform step 1 of the troubleshoot.
