How do you turn on your laptop without opening it?

The laptop is always on and I have it set to not go to sleep when I close the lid. I then use remote desktop to connect to it and control it from my desktop. It's my work laptop so I only use it for certain tasks

It's attached to the underside of the drawer, with a hole drilled in the rear for it to feed across the underside of the desk towards the PC. Felt like the cleanest way I could do it!
