It seems to not consistently trigger and some times even after pressing down the shift key, it doesn't activate and it requires me to wiggle or repress the key in order for it to work...
I already tried changing out the key switch with the spares, cleaning the keyboard, updating the firmware, increasing the sensitivity of the rapid trigger.

if you replug the keyboard, it recalibrates itself, does it still happen when you try that? i suggest you to raise the RT for shift as there's quite a bit of wobble

To Enable the RGB effect “RT-Display” you can use one of the Two Methods
