When it comes to double inputs, it is a bit tricky to troubleshoot because it can occur at different points of the switch travel or could even be unrelated to the keyboard, caused by software, the system, or a device between them like a USB hub or KVM.
As double inputs can occur rapidly, it can be challenging to use the normal method of using an RGB effect to see the inputs. Could you download and run the software "Wooting-Analog-Monitor"? This can show in good detail the current position of each switch and help identify where and how the double input is occurring.
To download the software, follow these steps:
-
Please note that this software is currently in development and does not have a certificate, so it may trigger warnings from Windows.
-
Download the software from [here](#1196768306602983494 message). Once downloaded, click on "wooting-analog-monitor.exe".
-
If you receive a notification that you are missing the "Wooting Analog SDK," you can download and install it from our GitHub: Wooting Analog SDK Releases
For Windows users, this will require installation of: wooting_analog_sdk-0.7.5-x86_64.msi -
After installing the SDK, try running "wooting-analog-monitor.exe" again.
-
-
Once the monitor software is running, please take a screenshot of the entire monitor in the following situations:
- Any behavior that is not caused by you (noise, jitter, etc.).
- Pressing the switches that have double inputs a few times.
Additionally, to better understand your current setup:
- How is the keyboard connected to the computer? Are you using a USB hub or KVM?
- Does this problem occur on another system?
- Which switches are experiencing this problem, or is it affecting the entire keyboard?
im ussing tthee originaall woottiingg cccaabel
im uusing itt forr 1 yeear
aandd it happennd juustt now
also as this is recent
I also suggest that you attempt to lower the brightness to 0% to check if this is power-related. LEDs are the highest power draw of the keyboard, so disabling them temporarily can help test.
kk
i ttinnk itss the problem
beccccaaussee ttoddddaaay all nigght my keeyboaardd waas on

i can't tell if has lowering the brightness helped ? as the typing says otherwise??

can you try out the software i listed above ?

if yooou need i cccaann ssend yooou my woottiing settiings
It could be a few points, but to really have a better understanding, it is best to try the "Wooting-analog-monitor" software I listed above first to see the current sensor data. (This has a lot of useful information)
as this seems to be possible jitter or something the sensors may detect
- ill mention and note that it seems to be related to the keyboard as the settings make a differences ( so can rule out software)
wwhere ccccan u donwwllloaaad wwootinngg aaanaallloog mmoonnitor?
When i had those settings, i had double input as well sometimes, did you try to deactivate Tachyon and go from 0.1 actuation to 0.3?
jusst yyooo kknow i ussee filter keyss maaybee iits sommethiing aaboput it
i will try
ssstill
can you can download and install it from the GitHub:
Wooting Analog SDK Releases
- For Windows users, this will require installation of: wooting_analog_sdk-0.7.5-x86_64.msi
this should (i hope) let you run the "Wooting analog Monitor" software
sorry but if possible can you try disabling filter keys to see if that has anything to do with the issue
Not sure if filter keys is the problem but might play a part ill also mention that you may need to select "Original" to load the default
as it could of saved current settings to the system
(please note haven't used this software before)
could you download the analog monitoring software untamed linked to above, here #1254748448977191007 message
Double input is a very odd thing to occur with Hall effect keyboards. Most of the time, it comes from unstable power or, in some cases, external factors like a metal desk or magnets.
The software "wooting-analog-Monitor" can really help to see what is going on at a sensor level and give a better idea of what could be happening.
could you attempt to download and install the missing "Wooting-analog-SDK" that is required for the "wooting-analog-Monitor" to work
Can you run the previously downloaded "wooting-analog-Monitor" software again? It should work now.
Once the monitor software is running, please take a screenshot of the entire monitor in the following situations:
Any behavior that is not caused by you (noise, jitter, etc.).
Pressing the switches that have double inputs a few times.
-
The "wooting-Analog-SDK" software connects to the keyboard and can provide data. It will run in the background; once you are done, you can uninstall it.
-
The "wooting-analog-Monitor" software pulls that data from the "SDK" and can put it in a graph, which can be useful in seeing the switch's state.
whhy my pcc is so loud tthenn iif its cjust a sofwaare?
not sure it should barely take any resources to run ?
its vry gooood i waant to telll yyuo
and tthe keyboaaard is aallso very good
it should of been the software you downloaded earlier that could not run with out the "SDK" installed
tends to be called
wooting-analog-monitor-V0-2.exe
