#How to put an order on hold.

On the right side, there should be a yellow box to place your order on hold
Access and edit your orders, connect your discord, and manage your Wooting account.
I do not see the yellow box to place the order on hold, heres some more details that may help.
My orders stage is "Your order is being prepared to ship to you"
The only yellow options I see on the right side of my screen are
-request invoice
-contact us
anything past those options is the "Need Help Getting started?" section
Could it be because I am in the shipping stage that I am no longer able to hold the order?
In that case, it may be too late, and the order may have already been submitted to the fulfillment center to be processed and shipped.
Could you provide me with the order number? It should look like EU/NA-xxxxxx. There might be a chance that it can be placed on hold manually by staff, but keep in mind there are no promises on this.
I'll also mention that if it does ship, you might be able to contact the courier with the tracking number and state to refuse shipping. When the order is delivered to you, you could also refuse shipping, and it will get sent back. If you do this, make sure to contact Wooting to give a heads-up. (this will save you from paying return shipping fees)
Otherwise, if it is delivered to you, you can request to return your order. You will need to pay for shipping, but Wooting will provide you with a discounted price. Once the order has been returned and inspected, you will receive a refund.

Staff has placed or requested your order to be placed on hold at the fulfillment center, so it's best to wait for a response via email for the next step.
Currently the weekend (None business hours) so a follow up response may take 1-2 days

I have a similar problem with my order
I can't put it on hand it's not shipped yet but my autofill put the wrong last name in
so I was trying to change it or cancel my order and rebuy it
i send an email but its telling me to put it on hold and i cant
