#60HE Device not found

I have been using my keyboard for almost half a year without any problems. yesterday, I turned on my computer as usual and tried to enter my computer password using Wooting 60E, but nothing happened. However, the RGB light was on. I tried to reconnect the power supply, but the RGB light was not on.

I followed your YouTube video to try to solve this problem, but it still didn't work. So I want to know what's going on. Because I saw wooting restore in my device. But it doesn't work

If you run into any complicated issues or your Wooting keyboard is not responding, one of the first things you can give a shot is restoring your keyboard in the Wootility.
