#Can I get a refund in the 'Ready to Pack' state?

Place it on hold via the Wooting Hub!

- Change your shipping address to a different country?
- Return a recent purchase?

All of these types of requests need to be made via the Wooting Hub or by emailing social@wooting.io directly!
At the "Ready to Pack" stage, there is no "place order on hold" button
At that stage, the order has already been submitted to the fulfillment center to be processed and shipped, and it tends to be too late to stop it.
I'll note that Wooting has a 30-day return policy, so if your order is delivered, you can pay for return shipping for a refund.
You can attempt to contact the courier once you have a tracking number to refuse the parcel, or when it is being delivered to you, to refuse it at that point. Both of these actions will result in the parcel being shipped back to Wooting without having to pay for return shipping.
Just make sure to contact Wooting if this happens.
Do I just put an e-mail in to Wooting?
you can submit an email to wooting for a Cancel request or stating that you are returning/refusing Shipping and to expect it back
Once returned they can initiate the Refund
