I can't get install the stand off screws for my Alumaze case.

I was watching the tutorial video on how to swap cases for the Alumaze case. I did steps 1-3 until I got stuck at 4. I tried screwing the stand-offs for 10 minutes, but it just won't screw in onto the space bar Any idea to what I'm doing wrong?

Can I ask if you have attempted one of the other screws to test if the screw itself is the problem?

if still have problems can you take Close up pictures of the Screw locations having Problems and Email to wooting for offical support

Yes, I have tried using different screws and it didn't help at all.

I'll just email them for any assistance.
