- If you are using a USB hub or a KVM, please try plugging the keyboard directly into the motherboard or the back of the computer.
- If you are using the web version of Wootility, try using the downloaded version of Wootility and see if that resolves the problem.
- The USB-C cable may be the issue please try a different USB-C cable the shorter the better
i have tried many different usb ports. i am using the app and idfferent cables
in wootility can you go to
- Settings
- open error log
- provide the "Main.log" file
