At first set "Mixing" RGB effect in Wootility and use arrow keys (on 2HE) or Right Alt/OS/Ctrl keys (on 60HE) to check if the LED doesn't work at all, or if it's only a problem with singular color

If the LED doesn't work at all, reset the board https://help.wooting.io/article/90-how-to-restore-reset-my-wooting-one-or-wooting-two-flaretech - it may be a firmware problem, and resetting the board will most likely fix it in this case
