#How do i send a Commercial Invoice with fedex????

So the tracking says that my package has arrived my country. I got a mail sating it is delayed, and the recommended action was: Shipment requires a Commercial Invoice. HOW DO IS END THIS??? I've been looking on the website and it says i need to sen dit but no matter where i look i can't find where to send it!!! And i can't find a wway to contact fedex either. Anyone been through this process before? I live in norway if that has anything to say.

Well don't you need to contact them to get the invoice fedex needs? The invoice on your hub isn't a commercial invoice.

I did send a request. Still waiting for an answer. Just think this process has unnecessary many steps.

I understand. I’ve ordered things internationally before, and I’ve had to send a commercial invoice before. Never been this complicated to do though. FedEx customer support said which mail address to send the commercial invoice to though, so I just copied the pdf I got from wooting. Hopefully that will resolve the issue. I’ll keep both my eyes peeled though.

As I understand this is the result of a slight warehouse mixup. They were supposed to be included with the shipment, but something went wrong.

So our CS team is manually creating these forms and passing them to FedEx - It is a slow and time consuming process, but it's high priority for us to avoid orders getting stuck in customs.

I see. Mistakes happen. The fed ex representative told me he would tell Norwegian customs about the mail I sent. Just hope it will be resolved either way. But at least this clears things up a bit:) Thank you. Waiting (not so) patiently for my wooting keyboard.😂

I just searched for the number for fedex in my country. If i understood mansen correctly then wooting and fedex will resolve the issue without you having to do anything though. I'm just impatient and want my package before the weekend. But try to search for "fedex number (your country)". I highly doubt they appreciate you tagging them though. @tiny pine
