hey @narrow seal ! some things to keep in mind:
the EU staff just had Easter holidays and the TW staff has Children's Day and Tomb Sweeping day at the end of this week, so they will be short staffed at the moment in office
They are also extremely over-extended work wise as they've had a large influx of orders too.
You'll get a reply within the next few business days hopefully! :)
