To answer your question:

Best to place the tracking number into this site:
https://parcelsapp.com/
as the Deutsche Post doesn't tend to do last-mile delivery but hands it over to the country's local last-mile delivery service.

Once you know which carrier it is, reach out to them.

(I'll also recommend placing the tracking number in the local carrier tracking site as that tends to show reasons for issues and possible next delivery date.)

Not sure what you mean by zip code?

But it's best to check the courier site for ways to contact them or send an email, and stay tuned to the tracking site as it may state list a date for the next delivery if they attempt one.

in Worst case scenario, if it gets returned to sender, contact Wooting. Let them know that it is being returned and explain the situation; they will help you out.

From my (very limited) understanding,

if it is requesting the ZIP code could be used to verify that you are the receiver of the package. So, I would suggest that you input the delivery address ZIP code if it is requesting that information.

If that is the business that deals in parcels & deliveries (I assume so, heavy on the assumption part), sorry, I can't provide a definite answer on the subject.

Might be a communication problem between the two companies stating two different things.
All I can say is it's best to contact Wooting on the matter.
