regarding the question, it can vary depending on the selected shipping method (economy/expedited). As it has gone past 5 (business days), it's best to contact the courier and Wooting. In the worst case, if it is considered lost, Wooting will make sure you receive what you paid for.

Okay awesome, I spoke to usps and they couldn’t provide any sort of update, I’ve sent an email to Wooting support as of march 20th, do I just wait on a reply from Wooting then?

pretty much only recourse left. Wooting is currently flooded with emails regarding the release of the 80HE,

so response time is a lot higher than normal. Hopefully, this gets resolved by itself, and your parcel receives another scan by then, indicating that it is not lost and still in transit.
