Hello, I had built a 60HE+ inside a Tofu60 Redux for my gf and it was working perfectly fine at my house with my wooting cable, but when she tries to use it on her pc at home it's either not powering on or not responding to inputs with the LEDs on when the USB C that came with the module has pressure applied to it, should I reseat the PCB? or could this be an issue with the cable?

I also ensured it was screwed in securely on all 5 contact points before handing it off to her, so I'm not sure how the PCB could have shifted if this was the case
she tried a separate usb from her ducky and it is slightly responsive but only top row keys are working
With the report of the keyboard RGB being on but the keyboard being non-responsive, this could be a driver-related problem as it seems to be isolated to the one computer.
I would recommend checking by going to Device Manager to see if there is any "Error Warning" displayed.
To view Device Manager:
- Click on the "Start" button in the taskbar
- Type in "Device Manager"
- Select View
- Select View by container

missed the second post:
as some of the keys are responsive, then it could be caused by a magnet or EMI interfering with the keyboard calibration process. To test for this, I would recommend:
- Unplugging the keyboard
- Moving away from any electronics or holding the keyboard up in the air
- Plugging it back in
- Testing if the keys are responsive before placing it back on the surface
EMI or Electromagnetic interference, can come from a few factors like:
- A strong wireless signal like a Wi-Fi source such as a router or laptop antenna
- Wireless charger
- AC to DC power brick
- Or other sources
