I pre ordered the wooting 80HE, but there are duplicates in my order.

My order has two keycap sets and a switch lube set which I had removed from the order, but instead it somehow removed the cable from the order????

try checking the wooting hub now; about reply from support, wooting has received A LOT of tickets since the 80HE release so it will take much longer to get a reply :)
