As the title suggests it seems the 80HE configurator page is only showing "ANSI United States" options, and none others such as JIS, for either the completed keyboard or the 80HE Module selections.

Others in the #1217854216186630224 channel are reporting being able to see other options, in other countries at least? Attempted firefox & edge both for the configurator but same results
I am encountering this issue when using mobile or desktop as well, and when attempting to switch my country to Canada.
Attempting to manually edit the ANSI & language in the URL obviously does not do anything
(Also it seems images on the individual product pages for the cases, wrist rest, and travel case are not loading)

this is most likely because you have US selected as your location
you will have to select another country and correct the shipping address during checkout. this will mean you import it from our EU/HK warehouse and will most likely pay taxes and such at time of import

I see. I don't believe it's communicated that the JIS option wouldn't be available in the US?
As well, a user in Canada said they were seeing the options, but when I attempted to change to a Canadian location I didn't see any difference?

we followed the same options as all other keyboards which means the US warehouse only stocks ANSI

you may have to refresh (with out caching) for it to show up

chiming in that this also caught me off guard. I’m considering JIS and have not previously seen any comms to suggest it wouldn’t be “readily” available in the US

yeah, there wasn't any sort of guidance that the US warehouse only stocked ANSI or how to get around that. I'm happy I can just change to Canada and then edit the address at checkout, but I was caught pretty off guard and confused
