Whats the difference between front facing and non front facing they look similar to me

the wooting 60he uses north facing RGB, so the RGB is at the top of the switch pointing away from you. the keycaps OP got are side printed legends, so it requires south facing RGB, pointing towards you. since the RGB on the 60he is north facing and the keycaps require south facing, the legends will be very dim (as you can see in OP's photo).
