I contacted support about swapping the lekker 60 switches to lekker 45 switches the night before I received the e-mail to confirm address for shipment of my pre-order. I have not confirmed the address for my order to shipped yet but the e-mail did say it will ship in 7 days regardless. Should I be worried that the order might ship before support gets to the ticket? I saw somewhere that usual response ranges from days to a week.
